No Purchase Necessary. Promotion begins on/about 1/1/15 and ends on 12/31/15, or sooner, at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

To Enter: There are 2 methods of entry:

• Method #1 – Online. Visit www.wholefoodsmarket.com/newsletters, complete all required fields for newsletter subscription and hit the "Submit" button.
• Method #2 – In-Store. At any participating Whole Foods Market retail store, or at a Whole Foods Market store-sponsored event, simply complete a paper email sign-up form or sign-up sheet and submit it to a Whole Foods Market Team Member, or deposit it in the entry box provided.

By using either method, you will receive a free subscription to Whole Foods Market's online newsletters*, and you will also be "automatically-entered" into the Sweepstakes.

*You may opt-out of receiving future issues of the newsletters at any time simply by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link within every issue.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal US residents, age 18 and older at time of entry. Employees of Whole Foods Market ("the Sponsor") and its affiliates or subsidiaries, vendors, as well as the immediate family/household members of these entities, are not eligible.

Winner Selection/Odds: On or about the 5th day after the end of each calendar month, a representative of the Sponsor will select one (1) prizewinner in a random drawing, from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be contacted by email, and will have five (5) business days within which to respond to the winner announcement email, and claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each monthly drawing.

Prizes: One (1) $50 Whole Foods Market Gift Card per month will be awarded, for the duration of the promotion.

General Conditions: All taxes on prizes won, if applicable, are the winner's responsibility. By entering, all participants agree to the terms & conditions of these Official Rules. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to publish winner's name and/or likeness, if it so chooses, without additional compensation, unless and except where prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to "hold harmless" Sponsor and all parties associated with this Sweepstakes from any and all liability arising from, or in connection with, participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of any prize offered.
