OFFICIAL RULES: THE GRAND GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES

SPONSORS: Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Inc., WorldMark by Wyndham and Shell Vacations, LLC (“Sponsors”), 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando, FL 32821.
ENTERING: Sweepstakes begins January 1, 2015, and ends June 30, 2016. To enter, eligible participants must submit an official entry form with completed contact information at Sponsor-selected events, touch-screens or online at wyndhamsweeps.com/grandgiveaway.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S., Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario residents age 18 or older. Wyndham Vacation Ownership employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Void where prohibited by law including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other commonwealths, territories and possessions. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method.
PRIZE: The winner will receive one boat, vehicle or motorcycle of the winner's choice with manufacturers suggested retail price and dealer destination charges not to exceed $50,000 USD or $25,000 USD cash award payable by check or one (1) vacation ownership interest with Wyndham Vacation Resorts (“WVR”) in CLUB WYNDHAM® Access (“Wyndham Interest”). Winner will be required to show current proof of insurance and a valid driver's license at time of vehicle purchase/acceptance/pick-up. Registration, title, licensing fees, taxes, insurance and costs associated with the vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the Winner. Winner must take delivery of a new 2015 or 2016 model from dealer available stock. Actual prize vehicle may differ from that shown in Sweepstakes advertisements. Wyndham Interest is equivalent to one one-week stay in a one-bedroom unit at any CLUB WYNDHAM Access resort. In addition to the Wyndham Interests set forth above, the Prize includes membership in the CLUB WYNDHAM Plus (“CWP”) exchange program. Applicable maintenance fees and CWP program fees will be paid by Wyndham Vacation Resorts for a period of ten (10) years after the Winner takes ownership of the Prize. Thereafter, the Winner will be responsible for all applicable maintenance fees, special assessments, and CWP program fees. While in effect, the 10-year paid maintenance fee, special assessments, and CWP membership program fee is non-transferable and will cease if the Winner sells or transfers the Wyndham Interest. Use of the Wyndham Interest within CWP is subject to CWP program rules and resort policies. Transportation to and from the resorts, food and incidental expenses while on vacation, transaction fees, and any applicable occupancy taxes are not included. Total retail value of the Wyndham Interest Prize including maintenance fees and CWP membership fees (at current prices) is approximately $57,545 based upon a Prize award of approximately 203,000 Access points within CLUB WYNDHAM Access. No other prize substitutions allowed. Prize is non-transferable. All amounts are represented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
WINNING: One winner will be selected by random electronic drawing from all eligible entries conducted by Sponsors on or about August 14, 2016, at their Corporate Office. Winner need not be present to win. Official notice to winner will be sent by traceable method of delivery, return receipt requested. To claim the Wyndham Interest prize, Sponsors require that the winner or their designated legal representative sign a vacation ownership agreement and other disclosure documents. The signing can be arranged at the winner's convenience. The selected prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification. If the prize is not claimed, it will be awarded in a subsequent random electronic drawing. If prize is unclaimed by second winner it will remain unawarded. Winner is responsible for any income tax or tax witholdings resulting from prize. Canadian Law requires that residents of Canada answer a skill testing question correctly prior to receipt of the prize. This question shall be included within the official notice of prize winnings. To receive the prize, winner must sign an Affidavit of Authorization and Release, including consent to use of name, photo, likeness and city and state of residence by Sponsors for the purpose of advertising, publicity and promotion without additional compensation or permission unless prohibited by law. This must be notarized.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL RULES: Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to modify, terminate or suspend all or portion of this Sweepstakes should non-authorized human interference, fraud, printing errors, Internet viruses, hackers or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper operation of this Sweepstakes. Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late or illegible entries. Sponsors are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of Prize(s) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Information provided for this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsors privacy policy located at clubwyndham.com/privacy.
